Wonderful Stay at Hotel President I had a truly pleasant experience during my stay at Hotel President. The staff was very polite, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The food served was tasty, and the service was quick. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location. Overall, a great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to visiting again.

We feel very good after having time in this hotel. All the staff are good to us and the food we ate 3 times during the day was also excellent. I will always prefer this Hotel to my friends and other families. Thank you!

Swami Travels package is amazing including all facilities. Food quality is really good and service is at its best. Management is hardworking inclusing all staff. I am coming to Mahabaleshwar with Swami Travels from last 17 years. True opinion is best package in reasonable rate.

Staff was helpful but room could have been cleaner. The water was dripping down every wall in the room and dripping onto the bed. The windows could not keep out the rain and puddles were collecting all over the floor. However, the staff took good effort in managing the leakage. The toilets were clean. The food was decent and the location of the hotel is excellent as it is next to the market. My tour package included the bus transport service. Hence, writting the bus review here. The Swami buses are very badly maintained. Had very bad experience in both up and down travel. The rainwater was dripping inside the bus while going towards Mahabaleshwar. Entire berth was soaked and I could not sleep through the entire night. On the return journey the driver was very rude to the passengers. My father being diabetic requested the driver to stop by a toilet so that he can relieve himself. At first he refused to stop but later he said would stop in 5 minutes. Later when we took a break the driver spoke with him rudely and asked him to rush and started honking at the passengers. When my father told him "Aa rahe hai wo log" he replied agressively "Tum ko kyu takleef ho Rahi hai, mai tum se baat kar raha hu kya, tum apni seat par ja kar baitho".

The room was nice and budget friendly also the location was in the main market area. The hotel food was also good . Only there was one leakage problem in my room's window
